Easter is a great holiday in our country as well as in many other countries too. Each nation has its own holidays, customs and its traditions. In our country we celebrate Easter on Sunday according to the lunar calendar. This religious holiday symbolizes the Jesus Christ resurrection. In the early morning of this day a lot of people go to churches and listen to the service. They usually take Easter cakes as well as painted eggs and other food and bless them in their churches. After the service all children and adults must greet each other and everyone with the greeting words: “Christ has resurrected!” After the ceremony people return home and have breakfast with all the members of their family.
