1. Breakfast is the most important meal of all, because it should provide us with energy for the half of the day. That's why even if I have no appetite, I try to eat well in the morning. I usually like to have classic breakfasts: porridge or omelet and some fruits like apples or bananas. But meat dishes or fast food can also be an option. 2. As for drinks, I prefer drinking yogurts or fruit juices. Green tea is one of my favourite drinks too.
